BASIS 1: OBJECT

Naviera Nabia (hereinafter the Organizer) is organizing a local Promotional Sweepstakes (hereinafter the “Promotional Sweepstakes”) on Instagram and Facebook, consisting of awarding 1 winner with. a voucher for an ESCAPE FOR 2 AT ONS. This prize consisting of one night’s accommodation in Glamping for two people, dinner for two people at CASA ACUÑA, to choose between Mariscada or Caldeirada de Pulpo, and breakfast, also includes boat tickets departing from Bueu or Portonovo, entry permits and overnight stay on the island of Ons, to be enjoyed in the first half of September, from Monday to Thursday and according to availability..

The deadline for participation will be from Wednesday, July 21 to Wednesday, July 28 at 08:00.

The communication of the winners will be made public on the Facebook and Instagram pages on July 28, 2021 at 13:00.

GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

The legal bases, as well as the Terms and Conditions of this Promotional Sweepstakes (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”), are set forth below:

Any person who participates in the contest accepts each and every one of the provisions described in these Terms and Conditions. A random drawing will be made among the participants. a voucher for an ESCAPE FOR 2 PEOPLE consisting of one night’s accommodation in Glamping for two people, dinner for two people at CASA ACUÑA, a choice between Mariscada or Caldeirada de Pulpo, and breakfast, boat tickets departing from Bueu or Portonovo, entry permits and overnight stay at Ons Island, to be enjoyed in the first fortnight of September, from Monday to Thursday and according to availability..

BASIS 3: PARTICIPANTS, DESCRIPTION AND MECHANICS

The contest is open to anyone who is a follower of Naviera Nabia’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

To participate it is necessary to “like” the sweepstakes post and leave a comment on the contest post, correctly tagging the profile of another person with a Facebook or Instagram account. Each user can post as many comments as he/she wishes, but only one participation per person will be counted.

Among all those who participate correctly, 1 winner will be randomly selected for the assigned prize, choosing 2 reserves.

The winner must confirm by private message on Facebook or Instagram the acceptance of the prize and send their contact details to receive the voucher. To do so, he will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram and will be asked to send contact details for himself and his companion.

Persons who are: employees of the Organizer, ambassadors/influencers, fraudulent accounts or accounts of dubious origin are not eligible to participate in this Promotional Sweepstakes.

In addition, by participating in the Promotional Sweepstakes, Participants authorize the Organizer to broadcast their image in videos, photographs and personal interviews about the prize; as well as on the Promotional Sweepstakes website, and in any other media that the Organizer chooses to inform the public about the experiences of the winners and their companions, if applicable. This authorization shall not imply any duty to remunerate or compensate the Participants.

The organizer reserves the right to declare the prizes void if the requirements mentioned in the rules are not met.
