Call for entries and legal bases for the raffle of 1 Menu for two people at Restaurant Nabeira Vigo
BASIS 1: OBJECT
Naviera Nabia (hereinafter, the organizer) organizes a local Promotional Sweepstakes (hereinafter the “Promotional Sweepstakes”) on Instagram and facebook, consisting of awarding 1 winner with a voucher for a Menu for two people at Nabeira Vigo Restaurant during the month of July 2021. The deadline for participation will be from Saturday, June 12 at 00:00 to June 30, 2021 at 00:00.
The communication of the winners will be made public on the Facebook and Instagram pages on Thursday, July 1, 2021.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
The legal bases, as well as the Terms and Conditions of this Promotional Sweepstakes (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”), are set forth below:
Any person who participates in the contest accepts each and every one of the provisions described in these Terms and Conditions. These are applicable, complement and are understood to form part of these particular conditions for all legal purposes (hereinafter the general conditions and together with the particular conditions shall be referred to as the Bases and/or Terms and Conditions).
These Terms and Conditions may be modified, cancelled and suspended at any time by the Organizer. These will be disseminated through the same media through which they were originally disseminated, including, if necessary, clarifications or modifications that do not alter the spirit of the Promotional Sweepstakes. Any situation related to the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be settled by the Organizer.
BASIS 2: DURATION, SCOPE AND AWARDS
The promotion will run from Saturday, June 11 at 00:00 to June 22, 2021 at 00:00.
A voucher for a menu for two people at Nabeira Vigo Restaurant will be randomly drawn among the participants.
BASIS 3: PARTICIPANTS, DESCRIPTION AND MECHANICS
The contest is open to anyone who is a follower of Naviera Nabia’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
To participate it is necessary to “like” the sweepstakes post and leave a comment on the contest post, correctly tagging the profile of another person with a Facebook or Instagram account. Only one entry per person will be counted.
Among all those who participate correctly will be chosen at random 1 winner for the prize assigned, 1 menu for two people in the restaurant Nabeira Vigo.
The winner must confirm by private message on Facebook or Instagram the acceptance of the prize and send their contact details to receive the voucher. To do so, the winner will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram and will be asked to send their contact details and those of their companion.
Persons who are: employees of the Organizer, ambassadors/influencers, fraudulent accounts or accounts of dubious origin are not eligible to participate in this Promotional Sweepstakes.
In addition, Participants by participating in the Promotional Sweepstakes will authorize the Organizer to broadcast their image in videos, photographs and personal interviews about the prize; as well as on the website of the Promotional Sweepstakes, and in any other media that the Organizer chooses to inform the public about the experiences of the winners and their companions, as the case may be. This authorization shall not imply any duty to remunerate or compensate the Participants.
The organizer reserves the right to declare the prizes void if the requirements mentioned in the rules are not met.
The organizer reserves the right to declare the prizes void in the event that a minimum of 10 valid participants are not registered.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify and invalidate those participations in which fraudulent practices are detected.
BASIS 4: DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD), we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide us through the various forms, sweepstakes or email addresses provided for this purpose, will be used only to answer those queries and requests for information about our services, we receive through this channel, as well as for sending commercial information about the activities and services provided by our Entity upon request of the person concerned. These data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, and in any case, once this relationship is over, they will be deleted, unless the interested party expressly states otherwise, in which case they will be stored in a customer file (contacts).
The consent will be understood as given, as long as you do not expressly communicate us the revocation of the same to any of the treatments indicated above.
