NEW promotion: parents, to Ons FREE on March 18

WE RAISE OUR PROPOSAL! WE IMPROVED THE PROMO!
Due to the great reception that our Father’s Day promotion is having, we increase the offer with a promotion to Isla de Ons, of course also free, for fathers, and without raffles.
In this case, the trip to Ons will take place as an appetizer to Father’s Day, next Saturday, March 18.
Father’s Day honors fathers on March 19, at least in most countries around the world. It is St. Joseph’s Day according to Catholicism. In Islamic countries, this day corresponds to the 13th of Rajab, as is the case in our neighbors Morocco and Algeria and in general in Arab countries.
Another curiosity, in Germany there are two father’s days (a bit like we are going to do this year in Naviera Nabia). One is the “Vatertag”, which is celebrated on the day of the Ascension of Jesus in the Catholic tradition, and the other is the “Herrentag”, a more pagan celebration consisting of climbing (only men) a mountain with carts loaded with food and beer. Being Germany, this drink could not be missed.

In Naviera Nabia we prefer to travel with the family (whatever your configuration) and enjoy a full day of sightseeing, scenery and palate, three “P’s” that are never missing on the island of Ons. In addition, we make you an unavoidable proposal to have lunch on the island, in the restaurant Casa Acuña, specialist of island food in Ons since 1945. Read on!

Isla de Ons, a piece of Nature with capital letters at the entrance of the Ría de Pontevedra.

Ons Island is part of the National Park of the Atlantic Islands of Galicia. Less visited than the well-known Cíes Islands, Ons Island has undoubted attractions and an important difference, it is an island with a population center, more numerous in spring and summer, which also allows you to enjoy the “island lifestyle” while walking its trails.

In addition to a very interesting fauna and flora, the island of Ons has a past and a history interesting to know, keeps wonderful secrets, beaches and landscapes as or more spectacular than those of the Cíes Islands.

Best to book in advance, places are limited.

Ons Island, like the rest of the islands of the National Park, has a limited number of visitors, so it is important to book as soon as possible to avoid being left without a place at the last minute, especially when there are promotions.
