A night of light in Marin
Loira Beach will experience a very special moment full of light on the night of Saturday, August 26th. The Pirates of Nabia shipping company offers you the opportunity to follow the Loire Fireworks 2023 from the sea.
The fires of Loira are one of the main attractions of the summer festivities of the fishing village of Marín. One more year, a large audience both from the locality and neighbors as well as from all over the province of Pontevedra and even towns in northern Portugal and the rest of Galicia.
The Naviera Nabia will have 3 catamarans to follow the fireworks of this fishing village, which suggests that there is a lot of desire to receive this new opportunity to experience a magical night at sea, in this case off the coast of Marin.
Fires of Loire 2023
Marín recovers in this way a tradition that makes it a tourist attraction in the whole area of the Rías Baixas. Not in vain the fires of Loira were placed at the height of the traditional Bouzas Fires in the area of the fishing village in the south of Vigo. In addition, Marin adds to the attraction of the fireworks countless other entertainment such as inflatables, charangas, foam party and animation.
The Loira Fires are named after the beach of the town of Pontevedra from where they are launched for the enjoyment of the neighbors and more and more tourists who come to the town of Marin.
Last year, up to 4 catamarans of Naviera Nabia met in the sea of Bouzas to follow the fireworks of this fishing village, which presages that there is a great desire to receive this new opportunity to experience a magical night at sea, in this case off the coast of Marin.
Embark with the Pirates
We put at your disposal our modern catamarans to go to the Loire Fires in total comfort. We embark from Bueu at 22:00 and 22:10, and from Portonovo at 22:30h. The trip will take approximately 3 hours.
First of all, you will enjoy a varied Galician appetizer in which you will not miss the empanada or the mussels that everyone likes. We will accompany with wine D.O. Albariño, beers, water and soft drinks. The little ones travel for free!
After the aperitif we went up on deck to enjoy the Fireworks. Get your camera ready, photograph, record, do Instagram live, whatever you want, but make sure your device has enough memory. You will experience the fireworks in a different way, in the first row, in the sea, with the amplified reflection of glitter and lights in the sea.
Once the fireworks are over, the entertainment on board begins! We will enjoy a magical night at sea with music and fun guaranteed, sailing quietly through the waters of the Ria de Pontevedra, without losing sight of the lights that make us contemplate the coast in a different way to which we are not accustomed, and that delights young and old.
