Cíes Islands and much more, Easter travel offer 2023
Cíes Islands, from April 1 to April 9
- From April 1st to 5th we will depart from Vigo, Destination Cíes Islands at 11:00 and 15:30, with returns at 13:45 and 17:30 (same return time for Cangas). Departures from Cangas will be at 10:30 and 15:00.
- From April 6 to April 9, we will increase the schedules. There will be departures from Vigo at 10:00, 11:00, 12:30, 15:30 and 18:30 and from Cangas at 10:30 and 15:00. There will also be a Baiona-Cíes service at 11:15. Returns to Vigo will be at 11:45, 13:45, 17:30 and 19:30. To Cangas at 13:45 and 19:30. The return to Baiona, on the other hand, will take place at 19:15.
- All trips are accompanied by National Park guides, so that you can enjoy the countless trails and curiosities that are worth knowing about the Cíes Islands.
Ons Island, from March 31 to April 9
- At Easter we also traveled to the island of Ons. Departures to Ons from Bueu from 31/03 to 5/04 will be at 10:30 and 16:00, while returns will depart from Ons at 11:30 and 19:30.
- On the other hand, from April 6 to 9, there will be four departures from Bueu at 09:45, 11:30, 16:00 and 18:30 and from Portonovo at 11.00, 15:30 and 18:00. Returns to Bueu will be at 10:30, 15:00, 17:30 and 19:30. The return to Portonovo will be at 10:30, 15:00, 17:30 and 19:30.
Remember that from April 1 to 9 the Ons Island Campsite will be open. A unique opportunity to experience Ons Island at its best.
San Simón Island, steeped in history
We will travel to San Simón on April 6, 7 and 8, departing from Vigo at 15:30 and from Cangas at 15:00. The return from the Isla de la Memoria will be at 17:45.
A wonderful visit full of stories from the first verses of the Galician minstrels to the songs of the Festival Sin Sal through the adventures of Jules Verne to reach the poetry meetings in San Simon.
Tragic stories such as the pirate invasions and plundering, the lazaretto of ships coming from the Indies or the concentration camp where thousands of prisoners suffered great hardships during and after the Civil War.
Visiting San Simon is a journey full of epic and extraordinary stories, both real and fantastic.
Mussel route, a gastronomic adventure, full of good humor and curious learnings.
We will be able to enjoy the Mussel Route on April 6, 7, 8 and 9 departing from Vigo at 13:00 and from Cangas at 12:40. The return is at 14:30, after having tasted a good plate of mussels accompanied by wines of D.O., water and soft drinks, and some other surprises.
The opportunity to go among the mussel rafts to learn about mussel cultivation and why it is one of the economic engines of the Galician Rias.
All these trips are limited in number and fill up quickly, so it is advisable to book early. The boats have limited capacity!
