CONDITIONS OF THE MARITIME TOURIST TRANSPORT SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE NAVIERA NABIA COMPANY (Naviera Illa de Ons, SL)<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  1. The passenger expressly accepts the general conditions of carriage, especially those specified in this document and which are available to users at the points of sale and on the website piratasdenabia.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. RETURNS and EXCHANGES<\/li>\n
  3. In the case of services to the C\u00cdES ISLANDS and ONS ISLANDS, no changes or refunds are allowed, except for those cases requested 15 calendar days prior to the departure date (deadline stipulated by the Regulations of the National Maritime Terrestrial Park for the cancellation of the authorization of the visit). The request must be made in writing to the e-mail info@piratasdenabia.com,<\/a> accompanied by the accreditation of having cancelled the access authorization granted by the Xunta de Galicia (https:\/\/autorizacionillasatlanticas.xunta.gal\/illasr\/anularAutorizacion)<\/a>In any other service, returns and exchanges are not allowed, except those requested within 72 hours. 48 hours in advance for refund requests and 48 hours in advance for schedule and date changes.     1. The ticket is personal and non-transferable and its loss will require a new purchase.<\/li>\n
    2. The ticket is not valid outside the day and time indicated on the ticket.<\/li>\n
    3. Tickets are always round-trip, and the service can be provided on different boats.<\/li>\n
    4. The passenger declares that the information provided to obtain the ticket is true. You must have the documentation required by current regulations (ID card, passport, resident card), which may be required by company personnel.<\/li>\n
    5. Passengers must have their tickets printed no later than 15 minutes before departure, at which time boarding will begin, so it is advisable to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance before picking up tickets at the ticket office.<\/li>\n
    6. The camper’s ticket is issued closed, according to the date of the campsite reservation, which must be presented at the ticket office at the time of ticket issuance.<\/li>\n
    7. The company reserves the right to modify, suspend or even cancel the published schedules due to weather, force majeure, internal or organizational reasons. Likewise, the routes may have intermediate stopovers in different ports, due to service requirements.<\/li>\n

The passenger expressly assumes any damages that may originate or arise from delays in transportation, given that maritime transportation does not guarantee a maximum duration of the journey, given the means in which the service is carried out. Therefore, the passenger assumes that they may lose connection and link with other means, exonerating the company from any responsibility.<\/li>\n
    9. The company is not responsible for the traveler’s carry-on bags and belongings in case of theft or loss.<\/li>\n
    10. Maximum baggage allowance 20 kg. Per person<\/li>\n
    11. For safety reasons, the following may not be transported: gases such as camping gas, oxygen, propane and butane, as well as flammable liquids such as fuels, paints or solvents, pyrotechnics or flares.<\/li>\n
